We're partnering with a well-established general contractor to hire a Senior Project Manager who can take full ownership of large, complex construction projects valued at $100M+.

This is an opportunity for an experienced construction leader to guide projects from early preconstruction through final closeout - leading project teams, managing financial performance, strengthening client relationships, and driving safe, high-quality execution.

What You'll Own:
  • Lead projects from preconstruction and procurement through construction and closeout
  • Take full responsibility for project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and financial performance

  • Partner closely with field leadership to resolve challenges and keep projects on schedule
  • Manage owner billing, vendor invoices, cost reporting, RFIs, pay applications, and project documentation
  • Lead OAC, subcontractor, and internal project meetings
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, contract requirements, and applicable codes
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents
  • Support manpower planning, team development, and long-term client relationships
What We're Looking For:

  • Proven success delivering large-scale projects valued at $100M+
  • Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and change management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and build trusted client and subcontractor relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and related construction management platforms
Why Consider This Opportunity?
  • Lead major, high-profile construction projects
  • Join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of work
  • Work within a collaborative culture that values safety, accountability, and long-term relationships
  • Opportunity for continued leadership growth and professional development
  • Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package
  • Performance-based bonus
  • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
  • Gas card
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off
