Company Description US Capital Development (USCD) is a real estate development firm that provides full-scale development expertise for projects across the United States. The organization focuses on delivering customized real estate solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs through interactive collaboration.

Role Description The Construction Project Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater St. Louis, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of real estate development and construction projects.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary $65,000 - $75,000

Job Tasks Include:

  • Review draws as needed for various project
  • Track all change orders and submittals
  • Track and verify project closeout documents
  • Review Owner and Capital monthly reports for accuracy.
  • Review with, and complete site visit reports with Project Manager
  • Review with, and complete monthly reports to show original budget, current budget, change orders by tenant, GC invoiced to date and cost to complete with Project Manager
  • Put together concise and accurate bid packages/RFP’s, bid analysis and final contracts
  • Review and update due diligence budgets
  • Manage budget’s by comparing invoices/pay apps to Exhibit B and contracts/subcontracts
  • Track tenant billings monthly whether final or progress billing
  • COI tracking
  • Punch list coordination timely completion
  • Update Due Diligence checklists for weekly meetings
  • Update Dashboard for weekly meetings
  • Participate in weekly OAC meetings and track Owner take aways
  • Track submittal of and execution of Final Completion Form
  • Maintain Share File folders for each project

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including document management, scheduling, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with office software and project tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, shared drives, and basic project management systems).
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with project managers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality and client service.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
