• Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year plus monthly bonus potential

• Shift: Monday – Friday, First Shift

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing the correct parts and services.
• Provide pricing and product information to customers.
• Answer telephones promptly.
• Maintain customer satisfaction at or above company standards.
• Contribute to departmental production and profitability goals.
• Perform accurate and complete service write‑ups and documentation for all repair orders.
• Provide accurate and detailed estimates of needed repairs.
• Utilize all available technology to keep customers updated.
• Adhere to all warranty policies and procedures.
• Navigate websites for technical information.
• Act ethically and maintain customer trust.

• Heavy‑duty service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple technologies.
• Positive attitude, team player.
• Some heavy lifting required.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and versatility in changing priorities.
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Required to relocate to Saint Joseph, MO before starting work.
