The Teller/Customer Service Representative works in a fast‑paced, fun environment with opportunities for advancement. • Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive‑thru, night‑drop, mail, or ATM.
• Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable.
• Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations.
• Recognize customer needs and cross‑sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non‑traditional products and services.
• Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures and regulations.
• Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions through account opening and account maintenance of both personal and business accounts.
• Assist branch with achieving goals.
