Customer Service Associate - Shipping and Packaging Center (Part-time)
Location:
St. Joseph, MO |
Hours:
~20-22 hrs/week | Pay: $15.00/hr | Paid Weekly
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with shipping and packaging questions
- Suggest the best shipping options and packing materials to protect their items
- Prepare and process outgoing packages efficiently
- Keep workspace clean, organized, and customer-ready
- Friendly, clear communicator with solid customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of shipping carriers (Fed Ex, UPS, USPS experience a bonus)
- Availability to work between 10 AM – 6 PM, Monday through Saturday
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and remain standing
- Weekly pay for quick cash flow
