Travel Customer Support Representative

• Research hotels, resorts, cruises, destinations, and other travel options
• Help clients compare available options based on preferences and budgets
• Assist with reservations, booking details, and confirmation information
• Provide support with reservation updates or changes when needed
• Communicate important travel information, deadlines, and trip details
• Research transportation, activities, excursions, and destination information
• Help organize itineraries and important travel documents
• Maintain accurate and organized client and reservation information
• Utilize online travel platforms and supplier resources
• Provide friendly and professional support throughout the travel planning process
