As a Senior Experience Designer, you will collaborate with internal teams and designers to create impactful experiences that bring creative ideas to life. You will be responsible for the ideation and creation of design assets across 2D and 3D elements, from conceptual design to furniture, decor, and final build drawings. This role requires a passion for environmental design, immersive experiences, a sharp eye for detail, and an awareness of design trends, technology, and culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design development and execution of experiential elements including physical environments, interactive installations, and digital components.
  • Demonstrate breadth as a designer with strong capabilities across several domains such as research, sketches, illustration, graphics, and 3D.
  • Lead and support the creative development and execution of all 3D design elements on medium to large‑scale projects, including floor plans, accurate 3D models, environmental design, and polished renderings for presentations.
  • Work as part of an integrated design team, collaborating with graphic designers, spatial designers, art directors, writers, producers, and account managers.
  • Ideate brand ideas and design solutions that are relevant to consumers, culture, and business objectives, and bring strong ideas to the table.
  • Develop and communicate original design concepts through mood boards, sketches, and material references.
  • Deliver and present design deliverables to clients and teams, articulating design decisions thoughtfully and incorporating feedback into revisions.
  • Participate in site visits and surveys to gather photos, dimensions, and other information needed for proper site selection and design implementation.
  • Partner with design lead and production to work with fabrication vendors on build drawings, material selections, cost revisions, and shop visits.
  • Lead design efforts during load‑ins and installs, ensuring execution aligns with design specifications across physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Lead the vision and sourcing of props, furniture, and decor, ensuring alignment with design concepts and project requirements.
  • Maintain an unparalleled attention to craft and detail.
  • Act proactively as a multitasker, self‑propelled, asking questions proactively when guidance is needed.
  • Efficiently manage own workload and consistently deliver work on time.
Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience working in experiential, exhibition, or spatial design.
  • Degree or robust experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Environmental/Exhibition Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Portfolio of spatial design work demonstrating substantial hands‑on experience developing brand experiences.
  • Strong graphic design lens.
  • Acute attention to detail, highly organized, and diligent follow‑through.
  • Proficient in 3‑D modeling software such as Sketch Up, Rhino, or Cinema4D.
  • Strong knowledge of 2‑D drafting and technical drawings; ability to work in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or Rhino.
  • Ability to communicate spatial designs and materials effectively using sketches, comps, or rendering software.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant Creative Suite tools.
  • Interest in working on a range of events, from premium hospitality experiences to sports and entertainment activations.
