State Technical College of Missouri is accepting applications for part time, exempt, and non-benefit eligible Surveying Instructor for the Civil Engineering Technology program.
Required QualificationsRequired qualifications include a LSIT or PLS Certification, minimum of five years of experience in the Civil Engineering industry; bachelor's degree or the willingness to earn one; as well as excellent communication, computer, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred QualificationsPreferred qualifications include teaching/training experience and five or more years of related work experience in surveying.
Job ResponsibilitiesThis position would instruct courses that may include the following topics:
Surveying, Legal Aspects of Boundary Surveying, Introduction to GIS and GNSS, and Researching and Rules of Construction of Land Records. Additional duties include student recruitment, advisement, and college services.
