Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and industrial operations, is seeking a Chief Engineer to join their team. As a Chief Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the operational excellence of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?- Lead and manage the engineering team, including hiring, training, coaching, and personal development
- Oversee maintenance tasks for facility infrastructure and production equipment
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and pneumatic issues in machines and equipment
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance procedures
- Manage engineering budget and participate in overall operating budget process
- 7+ years of related experience, especially as a Chief Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer, or similar role
- People management experience (leading a team)
- Universal CFC EPA certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use ladders up to 30 feet tall
