• Drive process optimisation across kiln operations and production systems
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements across fuel usage, airflow, and quality control
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve throughput and reduce waste
• Support plant and wider operations with technical expertise and troubleshooting

• Proven experience in cement, glass, ceramics, or closely related heavy industries
• Strong technical understanding of pyro-processing and calcination
• Ability to analyse process data and deliver practical improvements
• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
