Regal Entertainment Group - - Responsibilities:
Operate Point of Sale system and manage cash drawer, credit cards, travelers checks, gift cards and coupons;
Upsell/Suggestive selling of Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Regal Crown Club;
Ticket handling and ushering duties including directing patrons to auditoriums;
Enforce MPAA rating policy and maintain guest service standards;
Assist with opening/closing duties and ensure cleanliness of theatres and restrooms
