Enterprise Bank & Trust – Part Time Teller I (Bilingual in Spanish)
Role
Summary:
Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly services to clients, processing business and consumer transactions with heavy cash handling as required.
- Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain an acceptable balance record.
- Respond to client needs and inquiries courteously.
- Perform minor account maintenance tasks such as address changes, debit card maintenance, and check ordering.
- Refer customers to internal experts when additional financial goals are identified.
- Educate clients on bank technology including mobile and online banking, ATM and ITM.
- Assist branch and team members by achieving goals and sharing responsibility of daily tasks.
- Ensure safe and sound banking practices, including adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in opening and closing the branch following corporate security procedures.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong math and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with ability to cross‑sell products and services.
- Maintain confidentiality of client transactions and bank records.
- Team‑oriented, positive attitude, works well with others.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment (computer workstations, calculators, copier).
- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills, detail‑oriented with high accuracy.
- Willingness to travel to other locations as necessary for branch coverage.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Customer service experience required. Experience in an environment with individual and team goals preferred, one year of cash handling experience preferred.
Computer and Software Skills- Skilled in operation of a personal computer, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Google Suite, IBS, Salesforce knowledge.
