Correct Capital Wealth Management is a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) in downtown Clayton, MO. and we are looking for a Client Service Advisor. We are honored to serve the financial planning and investment needs of our clients, and retirement plans of dozens of employers across the Midwest. The role is collectively responsible for operational tasks and handling of client request and transactions ensuring effective communication with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities
  • The Client Service Advisor plays an essential role in shaping the client experience and setting the tone for our organization.
  • In this position, you will ensure every client interaction is welcoming, professional, and handled with care through a wide range of administrative and client support tasks, including answering and routing phone calls, and greeting clients.
  • You will also maintain accurate client data within the CRM, complete and process client paperwork, ensuring all documentation is handled with accuracy and strong follow-through.
  • This is a highly "figure it out" environment where success comes from taking initiative, gathering the right information, and owning tasks end-to-end.
  • Above all, the successful candidate brings a proactive mindset, a strong attention to detail, and a thoughtful, client‑first approach to their work.
  • Initiate and track client paperwork and account transactions efficiently (e.g., new and existing account processing, transfers, contributions, payment processing, etc.)
  • Complete various industry‑specific administrative tasks within established filing and paperwork timelines.
  • Ensure all client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and resolved in line with expected service levels.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with financial advisors and other internal team members to support high‑quality client service.
  • Assist with other duties, projects and operational follow‑up items as assigned.

Desired Qualifications and Background
  • High School Diploma or GED required;
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in an office environment performing similar work required.
  • Strong technology skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and CRM required.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality, with a strong level of detail.
Preferred Skills and/or Experience
  • Experience with portfolio management systems (Black Diamond, Red Tail, Outlook, Marketing Pro).
  • Experience with Fidelity Wealthscape is considered a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Prior experience in a Client Service Associate role, preferred.

Competitive salary paid semi‑monthly – annual base salary range $45,000‑60,000 dependent on previous tenure and experience.

  • Individual Incentive – 10% annual bonus, paid semi‑annually.
  • Team‑based Bonus – based on firm‑level revenue growth.
  • Basic benefits package, provided first of month after completing 30 days or as reflected below, including:
  • 401(k) profit‑sharing plan with Company match.
  • Medical, dental and vision coverage is provided. The firm pays 50% of employee coverage.
  • Dependent coverage is available, the cost will be provided to you.
  • Basic Life, AD&D and disability (short and long‑term) coverage is fully paid by the firm.
  • Voluntary term life and AD&D insurance, 100% employee paid.
  • Eligibility for the company's retirement plan begins once you have completed six months' service.
  • Firm will make a safe harbor matching contribution equal to 100% of your salary deferrals that do not exceed 6% of your compensation.
  • Employer Profit‑Sharing Contributions, the discretionary contribution has been 3% of compensation.
  • PTO and paid holidays (NYSE market observed holidays).
