Role Description The Relationship Banking Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in St Joseph, MO. This position will work in conjunction with the Relationship Banking Development & Training Manager to create, cultivate, encourage and promote retail sales with the branch staff to meet goals for referrals and retail expansion. Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch Teller and Relationship Banker staff, while following the bank policy for operations.
Represents the bank in a manner that maintains and expands business relationships and enhances the bank’s image, contributing to its growth. Ensure excellent customer service in all customer and employee interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service abilities to deliver responsive, professional, and empathetic support.
- Experience in Team Management, including coaching, performance oversight, and staff development.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site full time in St Joseph, MO and adapt to a fast-paced branch environment.
- Manage day-to-day retail operations of the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- At least three-years retail and banking experience preferred.
