Administrative Manager- Regional Office

This position leads the Business Office Fiscal Team

• Leads and supports a six‑person Fiscal Team responsible for regional office budgeting and expense processing
• Oversees and monitors the payroll budgets for all assigned regional offices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Reviews and approves all purchases over $1000 for assigned regions to maintain financial integrity
• Partners with HR to complete the monthly vacancy report and ensure staffing data accuracy
• Conducts monthly reconciliation of regional office E&E budgets and twice‑monthly reconciliation of payroll budgets
• Completes annual budgetary documentation and performs quarterly administrative logging reviews
• Serves as a knowledgeable resource on admin logging, SAMII Financial, and SAMII HR to resolve payroll, vendor, and expense issues as part of the business office management team

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience and 2-4 years of supervisory experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Training, certification, and/or education in continuous process improvement programs such as Lean Six Sigma as well as completion of Missouri Way, Leadership Academy, and similar programs is preferred.
