- Drive business development activity across a specific geography, working with external referral sources and internal retail partners
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Evaluate and process business loan applications, including analyzing financial statements and credit reports
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the loan application and approval process
- Take on leadership roles in team initiatives and/or mentoring roles with retail and business banking partners
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business banking business development, credit and lending experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and assess creditworthiness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills with the ability to present in front of clients and COIs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Demonstrates expertise in business banking development and credit analysis, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship management. Proficient in evaluating financial data and ensuring compliance with lending regulations.
