• Current Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent
• COVID-19 vaccination completed or willingness to receive it

• Provide personalized care for residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
• Support residents with mobility and transfers
• Encourage social engagement and emotional well-being
• Serve meals and document food/fluid intake
• Maintain clean and comfortable resident environments (make beds, tidy spaces)
• Support the clinical team with daily care needs and documentation
