OverviewThe Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the facility, including resident/patient rooms, public and resident restrooms, and shower and bathing areas by following policies/procedures and infection control guidelines.
Responsibilities- Complete resident discharges and prepare the room for the next admission.
- Ensure all areas are properly stocked with items such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Operate and care for all housekeeping equipment including vacuums, housekeeping carts, carpet cleaning machines, etc.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
