Physical Therapist

• Work as an outpatient orthopedic clinician with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on clinic specialty
• Deliver individualized, patient-centered physical therapy treatment
• Collaborate with teammates while maintaining clinical autonomy
• Pursue specialty practice areas such as Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, Oncology, Vestibular, Hand, Pediatric, Neuro, Sports, and others
• Provide exceptional patient outcomes and quality care
• Maintain sustainable caseloads and focus on individualized treatment plans
• Participate in mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership, and non-clinical opportunities
• Collaborate with Hospital for Special Surgery and educational partners
• Engage in clinical team support, peer learning, continuing education, professional education planning, and leadership development
• Experienced teammates may become certified clinical instructors and mentor students
• Provide physical therapy services as part of Ivy Rehab's outpatient physical, occupational, speech, and ABA therapy network

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care

Demonstrates expertise in delivering individualized, patient-centered physical therapy treatment across various specialties, while maintaining clinical autonomy and focusing on exceptional patient outcomes. Engages in mentorship and leadership development within a collaborative clinical environment.
