ASI is looking for an IT Support Specialist with networking and server experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software applications, and network/server systems.
Responsibilities- Provide IT support for employees via phone, email, and remote assistance.
- Be familiar with computer hardware and software.
- Assist in server and network maintenance.
- Document processes and changes.
- Troubleshoot a wide variety of IT related issues.
- Work in a team environment.
