The Role:

Are you passionate about connecting brilliant minds with groundbreaking technology projects? We are looking for a driven Technical Recruiter to join our Staffing Practice.

In this role, you will be the bridge between exceptional tech talent and top-tier organizations. You will leverage your knowledge of the technology landscape and your agency recruiting experience to source, evaluate, and guide candidates through the hiring process. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and genuinely care about building relationships and helping others grow, we want you on our team.

What

You’ll Do
  • Source & Engage: Proactively identify and engage top‑tier technology professionals (Software Engineers, Data Architects, Cloud Specialists, Agile Coaches, etc.) for contract, contract‑to‑hire, and direct‑hire positions.
  • Evaluate & Match: Conduct thorough interviews and technical screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and alignment with our clients’ unique cultures and technical needs.
  • Collaborate: Partner closely with Account Executives and Practice Directors to understand client requirements, project scopes, and business objectives.
  • Advocate: Champion the candidate experience by guiding IT professionals through the interview process, providing transparent feedback, and negotiating offers.
  • Build Pipelines: Maintain a robust and diverse network of active and passive tech candidates through industry networking, job boards, social media, and community engagement.
  • Deliver DELIGHT: Live out our core values daily, ensuring both candidates and clients feel that we are constantly exceeding their expectations.
What You Bring
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of agency recruitment experience focused on technology/IT positions.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid grasp of the modern IT landscape, including familiarity with terminology around application development, cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and data engineering.
  • Proven Success: A strong track record of meeting or exceeding placement goals in a competitive staffing or agency environment.
  • Exceptional Communication: Stellar interpersonal skills with a commitment to transparency, trust, and relationship‑building.
  • Team-First Mindset: A deeply collaborative attitude that aligns with our belief that working together is always better.
