Technology Procurement Specialist

• Support end-to-end management of the technology supplier ecosystem across networking, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and technical services
• Support sourcing initiatives including RFPs, RFIs, and competitive bids
• Prepare supplier analyses, cost models, benchmarking, and usage assessments
• Assist with negotiation preparation using licensing data, consumption metrics, and market intelligence
• Track contract terms, renewal milestones, and pricing commitments
• Support TCO analysis and cost optimization initiatives
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, intake documentation, risk assessments, and system setup
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, Risk, Information Security, Finance, and Technology teams
• Maintain contract metadata, documentation, security provisions, supplier data, and contract data
• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs and contractual obligations
• Assist with Quarterly Business Reviews and track performance metrics, disruptions, and remediation actions
• Maintain technology vendor renewal calendar and coordinate proactive renewal discussions
• Identify consolidation and rationalization opportunities across tools and platforms
• Support cybersecurity and third-party risk assessments and remediation follow-up
• Track savings and cost-avoidance initiatives and maintain reporting dashboards
• Support transition to Coupa-based workflows and continuous improvement of procurement processes
• Document workflows, intake processes, and approval routing
• Escalate vendor performance or risk issues to the Technology Lead

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, technology operations, or related analytical role
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret contract, licensing, and spend data
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with Technology, Legal, Finance, and Risk teams
• Preferred:
  Experience supporting SaaS, infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity vendors
• Preferred:
  Familiarity with licensing models and cloud consumption billing
• Preferred:
  Experience supporting RFPs or vendor negotiations
• Preferred:
  Familiarity with procurement or CLM tools (Coupa strongly preferred)
• Preferred:
  Exposure to third-party risk management (TPRM) or security review processes

Demonstrates expertise in procurement and vendor management, with a strong focus on contract analysis, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Proficient in managing technology supplier ecosystems and supporting risk assessments and compliance processes.
