Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families.
There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. You won’t just prepare fresh food—you’ll help a family have a great meal. you'll do
- Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams and help educate other associates.
- Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; understand and plan future production and mass production; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance.
- Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality.
- Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area; manage high exposure and expectations; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and provide attention to customer needs.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member’s experience; model high‑quality service and products; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity; use the Open Door Policy and apply it in executing business processes.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Successfully complete all required training and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.
- Food Service experience.
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).

Additional compensation: premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
CompensationThe hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
