Quality Intern - St Joseph, MO DAP (Summer 2026)

Location:

St. Joseph, MO. Summer internship (2026) up to 40 hours per week, on site at our manufacturing facility.

• Learn about employee engagement and volume.
• Investigate improvement opportunities for material variances.
• Help with improvements for the new generation of workforce.

• Assist with downtime efficiency issues and goal achievement by implementing action plans.
• Recommend and implement improvements to reduce variances.
• Collaborate with the training team to suggest new ideas for training and learning for the new generation.

• Currently enrolled as a full‑time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Duration:
  Summer 2026. Up to 40 hours per week. Part‑time during the school year may be available.
• Working arrangement:
  On‑site at our manufacturing facility in St. Joseph, MO.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
