Senior Construction Project Manager

Description

The Waldinger Corporation has an opportunity for a qualified PM III - Construction in our St Joe Office.

Responsible for the success of large and complex projects that require strong technical ability and interpersonal skills. Has a knowledge subset and ability to execute on difficult projects, as well as collaborate with project engineering, field leadership, and other high level leaders for success.

• Project Scope:
  Coordinates a team and project resources for large and complex projects from initiation to closeout.
• Planning:
  Facilitates project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives.
• Project Outcomes:
  Responsible for project outcomes including safety, quality, financial, and client satisfaction.
• Financial Acumen:
  Monitors and manages the financials of multiple projects simultaneously by creating budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and generating revenue.
• Mentorship:
  Supports new team members to achieve training and onboarding goals by actively sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights. Identifies and communicates training challenges to leadership.

• 5-7 years of project engineering or management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in STEM field or related area.
