We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for evaluating, developing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing testing methods, coordinating equipment maintenance, and guiding technicians through development projects. The ideal candidate brings strong problem‑solving skills, leadership abilities, and a solid engineering background to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs.
• Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, research testing methods and conferring with equipment vendors.
• Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
• Assures product and processes quality by designing testing methods.
• Provides manufacturing decision‑making information by calculating production, labor, material costs.
• Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services.
• Completes design and development projects by training and guiding technicians.
• Strategizing the development process, including raw materials and machinery.
• Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
• Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to type, sit for long periods of time, and lift up to 15lbs at a time.
• Advance computer skills and software management experience.

• 2-3 years of experience of engineering experience.
