Pay Rate: $30.00

We are seeking a qualified Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings and manufacturing components are operational and meet industry standards. The position focuses on equipment overhauls, die cleaning, electrical troubleshooting, industrial water treatment, and preventive maintenance in a climate‑controlled environment.

• Perform mechanical/electrical maintenance to meet safety, housekeeping, quality, cost and production requirements with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot and calibrate facilities and manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain industrial HVAC, air compressor, chiller, and cooling tower systems.
• Install new equipment and modify existing equipment.
• Rebuild equipment components.
• Perform standard maintenance tasks to maintain facilities and grounds.
• Prepare written and verbal reports/recommendations.
• Assist other maintenance team members as required in support of plant goals.

The plant operates continuously 24×7. Work primarily day shift, five days per week. Shifts may vary depending on projects, including emergency call‑ins and overtime.

Full‑time

• Demonstrated knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Minimum education:
  
  HS Diploma or GED.
• Experience in industrial HVAC, air compressor, chiller, and cooling tower systems.
• Proven ability to coordinate with external and internal resources to complete projects in a timely manner.
