I&M Machine and Fabrication Corp is looking for an experienced Production Manager - 1st Shift
. We are a custom metal fabrication facility with over 40 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry. If you have a background in fabrication, welding, cutting, machining, industrial metal finishing, and have managerial experience, we would like to hear from you.

• Oversee daily production operations; support to General Manager and coordinate with all departments and senior management in establishing and carrying out responsibilities.
• Supervise a team of multi skilled personnel
• Manage employee and material resources
• Provides adequate feedback for employee performance reviews
• Working closely with operations, purchasing, engineering and quality control to achieve manufacturing results
• Promote and support improvement in the manufacturing and inspection processes and methods
• All other duties assigned.

• Metal fabrication experience required and must be familiar with and comfortable operating equipment
• Ability to use computers and standard programs used by the industry
• Must possess communication and people skills required to supervise and motivate a large number of employees
• Enforcing and compliance with Government regulations, safety programs, and company policies
• Ability to constantly move around the facility while tolerating hot/cold conditions
