Evening Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (4 days/week)

Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon‑Thu, 4 days/week)

Weekends: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Fri‑Sun, 3 days/week) – 11 % Differential

Van‑Am Tool & Engineering is seeking dedicated individuals for full‑time General Labor positions in Saint Joseph, MO. As a vital member of our manufacturing team, you will contribute to the production process and see the tangible results of your hard work each day.

This onsite role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.00, with opportunities for growth and stability.

Established in 1981, Van‑Am is a leading provider of high‑quality tooling, stamping, machining and fabrication services. We offer laser cutting, press braking, robotic welding, powder coat, wet paint solutions and design and build services for projects of all sizes.

As a General Laborer you will assist in tasks such as assembly, packaging, and operating machinery under supervision. You will work closely with experienced staff to learn the ropes and ensure smooth production processes. The facility operates day, night and weekend shifts to accommodate different schedules.

Your typical day will involve following safety protocols, maintaining a clean, organized workspace, and working efficiently to meet production goals.
