Estimator, Manufacturing ​/ Production, Fabrication

Do you have experience in welding, fabrication, machining, or quality control and want to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join a growing custom metal fabrication team. This is an excellent opportunity to use your hands-on shop experience to help plan projects, prepare quotes, and support customers from concept to completion.

• Review blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and production time
• Utilize knowledge of welding, machining, cutting, forming, fitting, and finishing processes
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and customers to define project requirements
• Prepare detailed quotes and support project planning efforts

• Experience in metal fabrication, welding, machining, or quality control
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and shop operations
• Excellent math, communication, and organizational skills
• Estimating or production planning experience is helpful but not required
• High School Diploma or GED
