Production Associate - 3rd Shift

Job Summary

The Production Associate will work under direct supervision to assist in the production process by loading and unloading material from machines, conveyors, and mobile equipment; supplying or holding materials or tools; placing material in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing; inspecting or wrapping; stacking and banding material or products.

• Assist by loading and unloading material from machines, conveyors, etc.
• Assist in the placement of products on equipment or work surfaces, supplying or holding materials or tools.
• Wraps, stacks, and bands material or products.
• Builds or assembles crates.
• Actively participates in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
• Perform housekeeping, 5‑S, and other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or attain ACT Work Keys Assessment at certified job profile skill level.
• 1‑year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
