Production Operator

Position Summary

We are hiring for a production support role at our St. Joseph, Missouri facility to maintain equipment, ensure safety, and assist with quality checks.

• Train in multiple areas within the production environment to support assigned position.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety around equipment.
• Perform quality checks to differentiate defective from acceptable product.
• Safely operate a forklift truck and aerial lift.

• Must be willing to work Monday-Friday and every other Saturday and Sunday.
• Experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military or related environment (2+ years), OR high school diploma/GED plus 6+ months experience.
• Open to working all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd).

Approximate hourly pay: $27.84. Benefits include 401(k) with company match, healthcare coverage, and performance-based incentives.
