Blue Scope, a leading manufacturer of building solutions for over 100 years, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to fabricate and repair metal components.

Compensation and

Schedule:

• Sign‑On Bonus: $3,000 (split: $1,500 at 90 days, $1,500 at 1 year)
• Hourly wage: $27.56 + $2.00 shift differential
• Schedule:
  
  Sunday night‑Friday morning 10pm‑6am (some overtime required)

• Operate and shape materials using machines to cut, punch, bend, weld, or form components.
• Set up machines and confirm specifications using drawings, blueprints, tablets, or other tools.
• Lift and position materials or parts safely with cranes, forklifts, or other equipment.
• Apply measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production to meet exact specifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
• Maintain material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards such as 5‑S practices.
