Silgan Containers is hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for our St. Joseph Missouri manufacturing plant. Earn $30.46 per hour plus $1.30 shift differential, overtime opportunities, and excellent benefits in a stable and growing industry.

• Maintain and repair high speed manufacturing equipment and can lines
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability
• Troubleshoot, repair, and modify industrial mechanical systems
• Use precision tools to work with tolerances up to .0010
• Partner with management on safety, quality, and productivity improvements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical knowledge with two or more years of industrial maintenance or mechanic experience preferred
• Ability to use precision measuring tools
• Safety focused, problem solving mindset
• Willingness to perform and document quality checks on can lines
