We are seeking an AP/AR Specialist to join our team and support accurate, efficient accounting operations.

• Process vendor invoices, match to POs, and schedule payments
• Maintain vendor records and reconcile statements
• Prepare and send customer invoices, apply payments, and manage AR aging
• Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close, reporting, and audits
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and operations teams

• 2+ years AP/AR experience (manufacturing preferred)
• ERP/MRP system experience (JobBOSS or similar a plus)
• Strong Excel and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
