FORM (Press Brake) Operator to join our growing team in St. Joseph, Missouri.

The Form (Press Brake) Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brake equipment to produce precision-formed metal components that meet customer specifications. This position requires the ability to interpret blueprints, perform accurate measurements, maintain quality standards, and work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to form metal parts according to blueprints and work orders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production travelers.
• Select the appropriate tooling and verify machine setup before production.
• Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet dimensional and quality requirements.
• Use precision measuring tools, including tape measures and other inspection equipment.
• Perform routine machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor production issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous CNC press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mathematical and measurement skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Pay: From $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
