1st Shift Millwright Fabricator

Job Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Welder Fabricator in St. Louis, Missouri. This is a direct-hire position and the pay rate is $25-$40 per hour, depending on experience. This is a 1st shift position.

• Fabricate fixtures to improve manufacturing equipment including compressed air systems, vacuum systems, grinders, and conveyors
• Install and repair various equipment and components
• Weld steel, iron, and aluminum
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut and grind materials
• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance

• At least 3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must have experience with hydraulic, air, and water systems
• Welding Degree or Certification is preferred
• Experience reading mechanical drawings and schematics
• Experienced in reading electrical schematics for electrical wiring and components
• Experience using mills, lathes, drill presses, and grinders
• Ability to handle physical workload
