We're looking for skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join, fabricate, and repair metal into high-quality components for our community. $3000 Sign On Bonus! $1500 at 90 days and $1500 at the 1-year mark
Pay for this position is $27.56/hour and will include a $2/hour shift differential
Hours are Sunday night - Friday morning 10:00pm-6:00am with some OT Required

What You'll Do
- Operate and Shape:
Use machines to cut, punch, bend, weld, or shape materials into specified components to meet current demands. - Prepare and Set Up:
Set up machines and confirm specifications using drawings, blueprints, tablets, or other tools. - Lift and Position Materials:
Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts as needed. - Ensure Quality:
Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications. - Contribute to Improvement:
Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities. - Maintain and Organize:
Keep track of material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices.
