Land O'Lakes is seeking a Formulation Lead to support safe, efficient manufacturing and packaging. Under the Area Manager, you will train staff, ensure GMPs and quality plans are followed, and help with production reports and day-to-day production controls.
The role requires on-the-floor leadership, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments with varying temperatures. Shift: 1st, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with competitive pay and benefits.
