Stacking Associate

Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Stacking Associate to join a growing production team. This position is responsible for stacking finished product, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to become a full-time position as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Stack finished product safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products for quality before stacking and packaging.
• Keep production lines supplied and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with general production duties as assigned.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
