Express Employment Professionals is recruiting experienced Powder Coat Painters for a local fabrication company!

If you have powder-coating experience, a strong eye for detail, and take pride in producing clean, consistent finishes, we want to talk to you.

• Prepare, clean, and mask metal parts before coating
• Set up and operate powder-coating equipment
• Apply powder coating evenly according to job specifications
• Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality
• Load and unload parts as needed
• Follow work orders, travelers, blueprints, and production instructions
• Inspect finished parts for defects, color consistency, and overall quality
• Make adjustments when necessary to meet production standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

• Knowledge of powder-coating processes and equipment
• Ability to produce a smooth, consistent finish
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow production instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to recognize coating defects and quality concerns
• Good hand-eye coordination

• Previous powder-coating experience preferred
• Manufacturing, fabrication, industrial painting, or similar finishing experience is a plus
