We are seeking a Steel Shop Cutter to join our structural steel fabrication team. This position involves cutting, punching, and preparing steel components used in our innovative building systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings, and takes pride in their quality and craftsmanship.

• Cut and punch structural steel parts to specifications
• Operate shop equipment including forklifts, band saws, punches, iron workers, press brakes, and drill presses
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Load and unload semi-trucks
• General shop maintenance and outside yard cleanliness
• Maintain safe and organized work practices
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion

• Hands-on experience in steel fabrication (band saw, shear, iron worker)
• Proficiency with shop tools (tape measure, square, wrenches, scribe)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Strong attention to detail and safety standards
