Robotic Welders

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a Robotic Welder for a local fabrication company!

If you have welding or manufacturing experience, understand what a quality weld should look like, and are comfortable working around automated equipment, this could be a great opportunity to put your skills to work.

• Operate and monitor robotic welding equipment
• Load and position parts into welding fixtures
• Start and monitor automated welding cycles
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
• Make adjustments as needed to maintain production standards
• Read work orders, blueprints, and production specifications
• Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment checks
• Use measuring tools to verify finished parts
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

• Welding, fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to recognize quality welds and identify defects
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to accurately measure parts
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced fabrication environment
