• Direct powder coating activities to help improve overall production efficiency and output quality.
• Manage the daily workflow and evaluate the performance of the team.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and resolve technical issues to keep operations running smoothly.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by enforcing strict safety and quality protocols.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff regarding operational best practices and safety procedures.
• Track material usage and maintain appropriate inventory levels for coating tasks.

• Demonstrated background in powder coating or similar industrial finishing processes.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team management.
• Effective analytical skills for solving problems and addressing technical challenges.
• Understanding of manufacturing quality and safety regulations to ensure team compliance.
• Proficiency in reviewing and understanding technical documentation and production orders.
• Previous experience in a supervisory capacity is highly desirable.
• High school diploma or GED, with technical certifications considered an asset.
