RN Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
RN
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to assigned patients
- Administer and document medications and treatments
- Assist physicians and others with diagnostics and procedures
- Support and educate patients and families with care instructions
- Collaborate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Monitor and report patient vital signs, symptoms, and conditions - Document observations and responses to nursing care
- Maintain a safe, comfortable, and clean environment
- Support unit management and serve as charge nurse when assigned
