Resource Nurse; RN

Belleview Care Center is looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as our Resource Nurse/Unit Manager
. As the Resource Nurse/Unit Manager
, you will be responsible for ensuring that care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.

• Ensure delivery of high-quality, positive clinical outcomes, and resident/family satisfaction during supervisory shift.
• Serve as a resource to all staff within the facility regarding the quality of services provided.
• Provide direct resident care when required.
• Demonstrates the ability to administer medications and treatments timely and according to facility policy.
• Effectively manages nursing personnel on shift in accordance with staffing guidelines.

• Valid state license(s)
• Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable transportation
