Responsibilities
- Answer phones, greet donors, and maintain focus on donor safety and team support.
- Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System to prepare charts, keep accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures.
- Provide donor care across a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs.; occasionally lift materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely up to 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Comfort with prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level 1).
- Minimum of 1 year customer‑ or patient‑facing experience is helpful.

CompensationU.S. Starting Hourly Wage: $16.00 per hour (adjusted to comply with state or local minimum wage requirements). U.S. employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives and participation in medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with company match, short‑ and long‑term disability, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time, sick time (up to 80 hours per calendar year), and paid vacation (up to 120 hours for new hires).
