• Assist and coordinate perioperative care in the surgical suite and the central sterile department.
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities such as integrity, courage, respect, empathy, and self‑awareness.
• Demonstrate safe perioperative care.
• Function effectively in a fast‑paced operating room environment. Completed complicated tasks with accuracy and exhibit excellent attention to detail.
• Collaborate with all members of the surgery team to promote workflows and effective communication.
• Adapt to change and have a strong work ethic. Able to prioritize tasks under pressure and demonstrate proper time management.
• Use critical thinking skills, support efficiency, patient quality and safety.
• Maintain a positive attitude to promote teamwork and a pleasant work environment.
• Provide flexibility; adjust hours as needed to accommodate a variable surgery schedule, standby call Monday - Friday (45 minute response time).
• Be able to deliver personal, compassionate care and have excellent customer service skills.

• Current Missouri RN license.
• Surgery experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous EMR (Electronic Medical Record) experience required.
