- Current Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent
- COVID-19 vaccination completed or willingness to receive it
- Provide personalized care for residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
- Support residents with mobility and transfers
- Encourage social engagement and emotional well-being
- Serve meals and document food/fluid intake
- Maintain clean and comfortable resident environments (make beds, tidy spaces)
- Support the clinical team with daily care needs and documentation
