We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse/RN (WCC, WOCN) to join our dedicated team.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, with on-call rotation every 3rd weekend.
Wound Care Experience is a must.

- Provide direct nursing care following healthcare policies, procedures, and Missouri state regulations
- Complete wound treatments for residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans
- Monitor, record, and communicate resident conditions
- Carry out physician and nursing orders accurately
- Coordinate with wound care providers and oversee nursing staff wound treatments
- Provide education to CNAs and nurses on wound care and prevention
- Perform medication administration, documentation, and oversee residents’ care
Qualifications:
- Wound care experience required
- Certification (WCC, WOCN) preferred but not required
- Minimum of 1-3 months related nursing experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
